This is a educated guess, but I would say it will be 10 mph slower. You can buy adapters for the speedo that correct this problem also you can change gears on the speedo drive. Don't know which color to use but if you do a google search on speedo drives you could probably find what you want.

My calculations say your 195/75 15 tire is about 26.5" in diameter. A 32" tire is approx 20% larger in diameter, so I think your speedometer will be about 20% slow. (IE: at 50 MPH your Speedo will read 40MPH, etc)
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
JA

Check the knowledge base, I think that there are mileage calculators available.

OUCH
Checking your speedometer with a GPS or having a trooper radar you will let you know how much correction you need.

I have NEVER had any officer/trooper refuse to radar check me. I just find one that is stopped, explain what I need, and they do it.

As far as your calculating it, measure the circumferance of the old tire and the circumferance of the new tire. simple math will tell you.
