Tires

Does anybody know of a good brand of summer only performance tire to fit a 15" wheel?
I'm looking for one 245-275 wide.
It seems like all the tire companies make thier performance summer tires for sizes 17"+, or the ones they make for15" wheels are to narrow for any real car guy to even look at and their "performance" rubber is NO-season gripless junk.

How much money do you want to spend? Lots of choices, it basically comes down to price and application.

Here's a good comparison site.

Tire rack.

I don't want to brake the bank, but I checked tirerack and it looks like the only 275ish summer performance tires they have are for 17"+ rims, I would like to keep my 15's with the good old 60 series rubber

Summit sell Yokohama Avid ST's in the 275/60-15 size for $69 (+$5 oversize fee) each. I own a pair and like them, actually cut a 2.02 60' with those tires.
