Title
Can anyone tell me how you get a title for a homemade car. I bought a partial t-bucket kit from a guy at a swap meet a couple years ago and will be done with it before long. I live in Florida, any Florida guys, or anyone else, know the procedure for getting a title and registration. Thanks for any help.

I'm not quite sure how Florida does it. but I know up here in MD what you have to do is talk to DMV about it and tell them you want to get hotrod tags for your car. and they will look it over I believe then you can only drive it on weekends. Regardless of where you live your quest starts at your state DMV. In California, kit cars can be registered as the year they most closely resemble, smog laws and all! Amazing for for the People's Republik to be so rodder friendly!!
