From expierience you will want to make the cutouts real tight, so they squeeze the tools and keep them from bouncing around when you roll or carry the box. Cut out little half circles so you can get a finger in to pull them out. I built 14 full kits (12 drawer snap on cabinets) for work and they have held up for over 10 years. We bought the foam from snap on, not cheap, but the quality was worth the expense. I'll try and put some pics on here next week. Spray adhesive works great to bond the top and bottom, only spray it on the cutout sheet though!!
