I have always had Craftsman tool boxes. They started making them with the rollers in the drawers a while back, and that really made a big difference. They also carry boxes that are more of a "Professional Grade", in that they are heavier and have larger drawers. They are not cheap, but are a lot more reasonable than the Snap-On or other tool truck brands.
Thay are to hold your tools, not to live in, so should not cost the price of a house.
