Tooth Fairy

This is witty,my son lost a tooth at school yesterday, well this is what my wife left for me in me e-mail when I got in from work this morning.

Hey baby I put a $1.00 under Johnathon's pillow tonight. If you have another one will you put it under his pillow. If not that is o.k. I will just tell him that the tooth fairy had to cut costs due to the fact that the Fairy Union went on strike over health benefits, which caused the stock for teeth to drop. Therefore it was passed on to the consumer

I love you
Tooth Fairy Administration

I'll put the $1.00 under his pillow, but it would be funny not to,just to see the look on his face.

I just cant believe the kid got two bucks for a tooth. Was it gold or sumthin?...lol. All I ever got was some assorted change under mine, like the tooth fairy bought a soda and give me the change.

Hahahahaha

Your a fairy?!?! hahaah jk man
Man, your son is lucky. My parents forgot I lost my tooth a couple times. I would end up putting the same tooth under my pillow a couple night in a row, eventually my parents put the money under my pillow.

Inflation strikes even the tooth fairy. I used to get a quarter, but when Luc lost his first tooth our resident tooth fairy (in his insanity) put $2 under his pillow. Of course, now all teeth lost from here to the end of lost teeth (for all three kids) will be worth $2 from the tooth fairy.

Chickie.

I always got like fifty cents for my teeth, children these days are spoiled, and I'm only 19 I remember a friend of my dad or something having a kid that -demanded- ten bucks for a tooth.. and they caved and obeyed, and the spoiled little brat got it, way to go, you really taught him the value of a dollar, mmhmm.. yea

Oh, and I ment those parents in my story

Yeah,$2.00 a tooth is more than I got,I always got a hard luck story. The thing is that I can afford it,plus the fact that they are very responsible kids. They are always willing to do whatever it takes. All Christmas gifts and Birthday gifts they buy for people in the family they use their own allowance for and so forth. The first tooth they lost each was worth $10.00,second was $5.00 and after that it dropped to $2.00. My oldest woke up one night and caught my wife dropping off payment, well she did not inform her mother(smart kid) and played it off until we broke it to her on her 8th Birthday. My son turns 8 on the 30 th of this month so he better get to it if he wants more.

We really cheated on this operation, the wife and I have "borrowed" from the kids when in bad times.

Things have drastically changed and both kids have a LARGE savings account, and we are keeping them all even to the cent.

We used an equal amount to go to the bank and got two rolls of the Sacagawea "golden" dollars for just this purpose, 50 coins should last them quite a while, and they will never find out they paid themselves for their own teeth. So far we have only used 1 coin, but that will change.
