Top Chopping
Does anyone know where I can find a really concise website on HOW TO CHOP A TOP ? I have a 2 door sedan and would like to chop 5 maybe 6 inches from the back and 3 0r 4 from the front? I am NOT a body man but, can follow directions and weld. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Jack

Tex Smith wrote a book a few years back called "How To Chop Tops" that covered most applications and was fairly concise as to the steps and procedures. I've seen a few copies on E-Bay.

What are you chopping? The rounder the roof like a 40 2dr is diffucult vs a model A which is very easy.
