torque specs

Are the stock rod/main cap torque specs still good on a SBC stroked 383? If not what do you recommend?

I recommend using the specs the bolt mfg. gives you in the paperwork. Some guys use a bolt stretch gauge on the rods and some just use the stock specs. If you're using stock rod and main bolts then use the stock specs. Also a lot depends on what lubricant you're using coat the threads. What bolts and lube are you using?
