What is the proper torque for brake lines, Ive heard 15lbs, but how can I measure tightening with a open end wrench? Also when I tighten down my rear shackles should I tighten them up until the center bolt starts to draw each side in a little? What is tooo much, thanks, Dana

Tighten your brake lines until they don't leak. The shackles should be quite tight. Not sure how much.
