Torquing an 289 carb intake stud.

Does anyone have any idea what the torque would be on a 5/16 - 2 1/2" long stud bolt for mounting my 2 bbl carb on my 289?

zero, you install them hand tight,,
and torque the nut to maybe 10-15 INCH lb
