torue specs on 300 inline six?

Hey guys I was wondering if any of you knew what the bolt torque specs were for the rockers? I have to put the new rockers on and I need to know how high to set the torque on the bolts that hold the rockers down. Also I was wondering how the engine will last if I don't rebuild the whole engine but put new rockers and pushrods in. Thanks guys!

Torque on the rocker studs, or the rocker nuts?

Stud nuts: 17-23 ft.lbs.
Bolts: 17-23 ft.lbs.
