tow truck engine build

I hope iIve done enough research on a good tow truck engine. A late model stock bbc 454 with roller cam and one piece rear seal. Run it with a performer intake with one inch open phenolic spacer and a 3310-2 vacuum secondary 750 cfm Holley carburetor. stock compression stock roller cam. a HEI distribiter with a 65000 volt coil. 87 octaine stock 7.5:1 compression. headman 1 3/4" headers, stock 8.8 plug wires. Great truck engine 275 hp at 4200 rpm and gobs of torque 400 to 425 ft lbs from 1600 to 2800 rpm. Bascally stock late modle engine with all the fuel injection removed. Tell me what you think or let me know a good tow truck engine combo. Thanks

thats more than adequate for most trucks. You would have to need more power to justify spending more money on the engine

I do want to keep compression low so I can run the cheap 87 octane.Plus no piston pinging or detonation.
