Assuming that both are multi point they probably run at equal pressures. I believe GM TBI's need about 15psi and the multi point systems need about 30psi. The issue is in how much fuel that pump can supply. It might be borderline marginal for a stock engine that is not pushed hard, but my guess is it cannot keep up with the LT1.
