Traction Bars

Hello, my winter vehicle is a 75' 3/4 ton 4x4 Chevy with a mildly hot 400 small block bored .060 over, weiand single plane alum. intake, edelbrock manual secondary carb, roller rockers, a fairly big cam, headers, and probably some head work. It has a SM465 tranny, Dana 44 front and a 14 bolt ff rear. I plan on truck pulling the it this summer and wanted to build some traction bars for the rear. The longer they are the better (I think) for weight transfer. I just wanted to hear what you had for advice before I start building them. I under stand the concept of axle wrap and suspension travel so I have some ideas allready. Also should I use tubing or square stock? It will have to hold up to some seroius torque so the beefier the better.
