Tranny problems with 4L60E
Transmission is shifting very hard. I have dropped the pan to change filter. The fluid was RED & clear. Any suggestions?

bone stock? original trans? you havent put a shift kit in by any chance? sounds like a servo getting hung up till the line pressure builds up enough. how many miles on this trans?

have it scanned for codes. if its high mileage, more than likely im willing to bet its got a p1870 trouble code in the pcm. is the SES light on?
