trans am drum to disc

I have a '79 Trans am with 10 bolt rear end and Drum brakes. I have disc brakes(backing plates and all) from an 81 trans am turbo from the rear, possibly having a ws-6 package. I was wondering if it would bolt right up or if I need different parts or different axle length?
Any help would be appreciated.
