Red face Trans leakage

I have an 84 Monte carlo that i just put a 350 in with a TH350 trans. The problem is that it likes to leak from the front passenger side corner of the pan. I have replaced the gasket, torqued the bolts to spec (about 12 ft/lbs), and replaced the pan itself in case it was bent (which i doubt it was) There are no flaws i can see on the trans body as far as cuts or warps, yet it still spews out trans fluid when i put it in gear. If anyone could give me any ideas on what else it could be please let me know.
Thanks,
Nick

Are you sure the pan is what is leaking? How bad is the leak? Could it be one of the lines above the pan there? the detent cable is over there too, is it leaking? Let me know what you find.

Yeah, I replaced the lines too I forgot to add. It's pretty much dry from up above, and i just tightened down the detent cable bolt but it didn't look like it was coming from up there either. From what I can see when i look under the car, it's spurting out from the corner of the pan (right on to my headers and STINKS). It leaves quite a puddle if i sit with the break on and put it through the gears, probably the size of a soft ball in diameter. Any other ideas, would be appreciated.
Thanks again
