hello from the great white north , we also had a tranny shifting problem in my sons cutlass after changing the tranny . We went through all the adjustments carefully and it still would fall out of gear at a stop and some times not shift into od .Ihad a can of sea foam trans fix , we added that and after about 5 to 10 kms of driving it worked perfectly and still is , that was about a 1000 k ago and its still good . So take this for what it's worth if your tranny is good what have you got to lose ? Just make sure everthing else is good tv cable ajustment etc . Iwould sure try it . I have used lots of sea foam products and are very happy with them . Anyway good luck hope all goes well with the tranny . Later Bake
