Transbrake/converter

What do ya'll suggest?

*A higher stall converter(looking at 2800 stall)?

*A transbrake?

I have an 86 GN w/ the wrong converter, only a 1800 instead of the stock 2400(prev owner installed wrong converter)

re: Transbrake/converter

What are you doing with the car? Is it stock? Transbrakes are a race only modification, and it is very hard on parts compared to footbraking.

re: Transbrake/converter

Thanks, it is a Garrett TD06 76mm compressor inducer. From the part number it apparently came off of a Mitsubishi of some sort.
