transducer use w/LM-1

i want to use some transducers with my LM-1 to record oil,boost,intake air temp,water temp and fuel if i can but have no idea how to hook these up to the cable to record up to 5 readings.i have the rpm and o2 at this time but have not recorded any info as of yet.
Thanks for any help.the transducers i have been looking at are on omega.com and AEM site.

lm-1

inovative lm-1 is a data recorder for and o2 sensor and has 6 chanels to record analog data. 0-5 volts.

i am looking for info the manual does not give,real world experience on connecting wiring them,type used,quality.
