Will this th350 1&2 let me shift from 2 to 3 at any rpm? Or do I need a auto/manual tci valve body?

no and the auto/manual v-body will not either.

The TransGo 1 & 2 shift kit is the same as the manual / automatic v-body from any manufacturer.

The manual / auto v-body name is some what misunderstood.

the v-body will shift automatically up and down.

You can hold a gear to desired RPM for shift.

You can down shift to 1st gear at any RPM.

You can NOT upshift at any RPM.... the governor will over ride / not allow that up shift.

you would need a full manual shift v-body to shift when and what RPM you want.
