transgo shift kit question about 2
I installed a transgo shift kit I think It was the 1&2 anyway. I rebuilt the th350 at the same time. My question is I had a B&M and it would shift hard into 2 it was almost annoying. This does not seem to slam into 2 and bark the tiers. Is that how the transgo kit is or is something wrong.

It sounds like something is not right. I have had those in several trannys and they shifted the same as the B&M as well as other shift kits. They would bark the TIRES hitting 2nd. These are in Ford trannys so I can't make any recommendations in a TH. I have one in a C6 currently with maybe 10,000 miles since the install and it will still break the rears loose.

This depends on the TransGo kit you installed.
There is a green box kit that is mild shifts. There is a blue box t-350 kit that will shift much harder IF you set it up per the instructions.
