Was it fine before the tranny swap?

What- exactly- is the truck doing or not doing that make you say that it has "no low end power"- is it missing/sputtering, laboring to rev up, is it taking off in a gear other than first? Try manually putting the tranny in low gear and see if there's any difference.

Count the shifts- there will be a "shift" as the converter locks up, so don't let that fool you into thinking that it's a gear. This lock-up will be around 40-45MPH- I don't know at exactly what speed it'll be, but it will be in that range, give or take.

Are there any codes set?

It was slipping in 3rd gear so i took to a trany shop and had it rebuild
now its slow on take off and in rev. It seem like its bogs down in rev
took it back and thay said its 100% good.

I'd hope Crosley or some other tranny expert will see this, give it some time- it's the W/E.

But it sounds like there's a definite problem- and you may need to hold the tranny shop's "feet to the fire" to get anything done.

when you mash it to the floor is the bottom end lacking, or just normal driving? It can feel kind of flat when floored from a dead stop, but it should start to pull when it hits second.

Are you feeling the 1-2 shift? If it shifts at around 15MPH, it's taking off in first gear.

Have you tried taking off in manual low and see if it feels different?

These trannys have an "adaptive learning strategy" to them- sometimes putting the truck to normal use will bring it around, but don't count on it in this case.

If you shift it by hand into low gear, does it spin the tires like before, or is it still slow?

This might sound over simplistic, but are the emergency brake cables stuck on?
The drums would be very hot if they were stuck, and you would smell something burning when you got out of the vehicle. I know, I did it myself....once.

Thank you all for help. I found the problem it was the torque converter.
They put a low stall torque converter that stall @ 1400-1500 RPM.
when it should have a high stall torque converter that stall
@ 2300-2400 RPM. the low stall was for a 3.8L. Now im fighting with the
transmission shop to fix it.
