hose fittings

My buddy couldn't find the right single piece fittings so he ended with 2 or 3 pieces screwed together to get the right threads. etc at each end... the info for the single piece is what I will save for when I get that far along on the lakester thanks guys

I've been looking at doing something like this, too, but I wanted to do it AN all the way. For the fittings in the trans, I think (not sure. Feel free to correct me) that an AN-4 O-ring to AN-6 will be a direct fit for the trans fitting. The O-ring side has straight threads, and the charts I've seen say that the threads are the same size as the straight threads on the stock fitting. I haven't gotten the fittings to try, yet, but I do know that -6 won't fit in the trans.

If anyone wants to see what I'm talking about, I was looking at getting these fittings from Fastenal (PN #424009-131280, $2.46/ea, Steel -6AN to -4AN O-ring adapter).

Like I said, feel free to correct me if I'm off-base, here.
