Ok Im not driving my hot rod but my winter van. The problem I have is I belive the Tranny light came on. Now when this did after a few seconds of travelling the car started to jolt/jump. Does anyone know anything about this or what it could be??? I checked the fluids and they are perfect and just for kicks went and got an oil change. Any suggestions?? This is a failry new tranny to aout 75 thou so I am lost as to what it may be.. Thanks

My 77 Dodge van has one of those lights. It does come on from time to time. Fluid is OK.
The sender goes in the dipstick tube. I thought one day that I would test it by raising it up out of the fluid. Didn't come on. I wouldn't depend on these things. If the fluid is Ok, don't worry.

Crosley.... you would know what he is talking about if you had winter where you are at. In the cold areas, everyone drives the same thing in the winter.
