i want to say its a standard 7/16" line you can get at autozone. you will need a crows foot to remove it from the trans. the th350 and the 700 take the same size lines. you can splice a rubber line with some hose clamps but i wouldnt trust it for too long, at least not without a barbed fitting

Ok so a lit while ago I removed the thread from the transmission...so if I order a standard brake line, how will I manage to get it fit since I'm assuming that it will be straight when I receive it?

Uses 5/16" Inverted Flare fittings/line.
You can get a cheap Tubing Bender to shape the Line or get a Union fitting or Compression fitting to fix the broken Line. http://www.summitracing.com/search/D...?Ns=Rank%7cAsc Classic Tube, Inline Tube & Dorman etc.. sell complete Lines. The Trans Case fitting is 1/4" NPSF/NationalPipeStraightFemale but many replace it with 1/4" NPT/NationalPipeThread. |
