I am removing my TH350 and installing a TH400 I was wondering when I put my torque converter on should I fill it with new fluid and should I change everything with it out. if so what would you do?
thanks for your time.

Its always a good idea to change fluid in almost any part of the vehicle when service is performed.

Always with a new converter.
