Transmission mounted cable shifter install

Has anyone installed on of Lokar transmission mounted cable shifter kits?

I am working on a 46 Chev 1/2 ton with a 700R4 automatic. I want to install the above mentioned shifter.

I have not had any experience with a Lokar cable shift, but it should be of the same quality as their other shifters using rods. Their cable/housing for emergency brakes will handle the shifting function just fine. I used a tranny mounted Hurst cable shifter for years without a malfunction and it was still good when I gave it to a fellow rodder for his build.
