Transmission not shifting right

I have hey 1996 camaro and the transmission is not working right. From stop i push the gas pedle and i have to take my foot off the pedel and then put it back on for the transmission to shift. Does anyone know what the problem is? Please help me

check vac. to modulator and or change modulator :welcome:
