transmission/transfer case question

How do you get the transfer case of a 700R automatic transmission from a 1988 4 wheel drive chevy suburban?

I am trying to get the transfer case separated from the automatic transmission and I don't know where to unbolt it at.

With all due respect I think you should reconsider doing this task yourself.
If you are stumped at this point you could harm your vehicle or yourself.

ditto

I would seek some help. If it is not obvious to you where the parting of the transfer case from the tranny is , there will be trouble.

In fact there are 2 spots that can be unbolted that will acheive the same results.

be careful
