transmition mounting

Could any one tell me the name of the part that goes between the flex-plate and the crank-shaft its round like a spacer and has bolt holes all around it. I have to find out so that i can bolt up a FMX to a Cleavland for a 1970 mercury cougar

thanks Lar ive never done any bulletin board stuff befor and i really appreaciate the quick response. i have called a Ford dealership in Chiliwack B.C Canada for this part and thanks to my good timeing i have purchesed the last one in all of Canada !!!!! I can now put 417 llbs of torque in my Cougar.
