trany help!!!

On my 1976 buick auto matic trans i have 3 wires hanging out of the side where do thay, get hooked up to, an what do thay do ? any answers will be helpfull, [doug] dcwelder

what side of the tranny do they come from? Drivers? A connector on the tranny case near the shifter linkage?

Are they on a pressure switch looking thing onthe passenger side?

Do you know what tranny it is? NO? look at the sticky on the main tranny/rearend page for photos to help ID the tranny.

electrical controls of a lock up converter came out in the 1979 model year on the t-200 & t-350 , both of these trannys could be in your car
