First of all, the 200-4R wasn't factory installed in the G-body cars until the 1983 model year and in fact, the frame rails don't even have the provision to install the 200-4R crossmember (which is different). You have to use an aftermarket adapter plate to do it. The trans is a TH200.
The TH200, TH250, and TH350 are all externally identical in length, mounting, and yoke size, so yes, this is a bolt-in. The TH200 is a throttle valve trans, the TH350 uses a vacuum modulator and kickdown cable. The kickdown cable may or may not attach in the same way as the TV cable on the TH200, and of course you'll need to run a vacuum line to the modulator. The TH350 may be a TH350C with lockup or it may be a regular TH350.
