I googled it and found that in 1931 gm didnot have anycars with HYD brakes. Ford was the last to put them on in 1939. We have taken Cad. Pontiac, and buick out of the picture, I don't know that much about Gm< and brain couldn't find the answer either, I will guess again.

So far, nobody has answered the correct make or year.
It's not: Caddy, Pontiac, Buick, or Chevy.
Nor is it 1930, 31, 32, 36 or 37.

Final hint: It was between 1930 and 37.
