Gearhead gets it but I wanted the model too, we'll slide and give it to him.

It was a 66 S600 Roadster but they made coupes too.

I remember sitting in that car and you could put your right hand over onto the passenger door without so much as a stretch.

I didn't answer since I googled it but the site I looked at said the engine would turn 8500 rpm's and would run 100 mph. Kind of amazing for its size.

John, I remember that Tach in the car. It red lined at 8500 or something like that as I remember, it went to like 10,000 this is what I remember I could be off a mile . It was so funny because at the time I was running a Buick that red lined at 5500 and this thing wound well, like a motorcycle. When you revved it up it sounded exactly like a Honda 750 of the day. Instant throttle response!

Ford 427 cammer? Or was it 428?

The first Honda cars in the USA were the N600 sedans. I was thinking it was a the N360, but checked Wikipedia first. The 360 came first for Japan, but the 600 cc model was targeted for export to the Us and Britain -- they realized the 360 needed more power for US driving. 1960s technology -- only 30 mpg, 0-60 in 19 seconds, 77 mph top speed. You'd think the 600 would have done better. Heck, put a modern 500cc Honda engine in there and I bet it would! 750, maybe... would be dangerous then!
