Here's one you all should recognize. What is this tool and what do you do with it? ( The interior tip should be tapered )

My guess is that it's a grease injector, possibly for the double cardan constant velocity joint

All good guesses but wrong. Yes that is a grease zerk. The tool is used for greasing something. What?

Oh sure, I use that tool every day....haha

Took a lot of searching, but I think I finally figured it out.

It's a Lubroclamp. Used to inject grease between spring leafs.
