I'd bet it has to be ford related just because it looks too much like a galaxie tail light bucket.

62 galaxie? They had 3 screws not four and the outer rim was thicker

That's a carbide tail light from a Ford. Probably around 1910. Probably a Model T.

Easy, yeah right. Though I swear they I have seen them before I can't place them. They kinda have an exhaust clamp to the block look like on my Rambler.
