I was talking with a friend of mine and mentioned this car. He educated me on some interesting things on the second gens. Is it still cheating to use my new found information? He did not see the car, I just described it and the question, and I did not use a search, but I think I know what year the car is now. So its up to you guys. I will wait to hear your opinion before I answer since the answer is not from my knowledge base until today

OK well here goes (hope I get all this right, please educate me if I'm wrong)

Your car should be a 77, my guess comes from this information I learned today talking with my friend. 75 was the first year for the wrap around back window, but there were no Z28 produced in 75/76 due to emissions/EPA etc. So based on that information (if correct) 77 would be the first year Z28 with a wrap around back window. Oh and I forgot to add that he said the 78 up had a small grille in the front bumper that the 77 did not have. I didn't notice that on yours.

Again, probably too easy but I'm drawing a blank. What is the two most noticeable differences in a 67 and 68 Camaro.

230, 250, 302, 327, 350, 396? The 302 was Z28 only and Pretty sure the 350 was a Camaro SS only engine in 67.
