The roof reminds me of a chrysler airflow but those bumpers Hmmmm.

Not a Airflow, yes it is a very respected American Manufacturer. This was a production automobile and you've all heard of it.

The LeMay was very interesting.

I'm thinkin late 30's (39?) mercury was shaped similarly, but I don't remember the rear window being a four piece, I think they were just a split window? And does that car have a cloth sliding top or glass?

The car is not a Ford product. The roof has a fabric insert. This model continued
well into the 60's.

The inline 8 w/ alum. head makes me think Studebaker But i dont know year or bogy style.?
