Let's go with 1948 the same year that Ford started designating it's trucks as a "F" series.

well its narrowed down to 49-55 the 55 was last 6v.

That's a shoebox radio and being one has it one and one doesn't, I am going with 1950.

That is a 49 or 50 ford radio. I will guess '50.

What is the correct answer since 49 and 50 used the same radio is one stamped different. Day late Dollar short.

What is this accessory? It was purchased at a GM dealer in the sixties. I have the 1/4" ratchet next to it for size comparison.

You know what, that is kinda hard to say, some accessories are "tools" as this one is. But I would call it an "accessory".

This one in particular was sold at a Buick dealer with specific instructions for Buick installation.
