Nope, I pulled it off an original truck. Any more of a hint will surely give it away.

"The one in the middle won't bolt onto an early cab that had swing handles. It will only bolt on the later cab that was made for push button handles.

So what is with the middle one?"

47-51 had swing 52-54 had pushbuttons

The door latch was apparently different from swing to push button as you can see the striker is a bit different, so why the one in the middle?

It was used on export trucks to countries who didn't give a hoot about door strikers.

You got it Joe, in 52 there were both swing and push button handles/latches and that striker is basically an "adapter" for the swing handle/latch in the push button handle cab, it's your floor!
