It's a 1939 Graham ( or maybe a 38).

You got it, BB. It's a shark-nose Graham. Well done.

You have the floor, BB.

As a side note, the 1939 Graham Sharknose was the first Batmobile.

Let's look at tools.

What is this and what specifically was it used for.

Don't laugh, before the electric starter was common (around 1910) there were more electric cars on the road than gas ones!

They are wild. I saw a perfect unrestored original '38 Graham at a car collection open house last Saturday - that was what prompted me to ask the question. Here's a link to some of the pictures I took...it's in there somewhere...This guy has been a serious collector since '53. Not much for hotrods but it's quite a collection.

I love that stuff Joe, I would buy a ticket to take a ride in some of those cars. I dig this one.

And the early teens cars, that would be a blast.

And this, very cool. I would like to hear that run, very cool stuff.

There was a bat-mobile back in the 40's as well - a LONG time before Mr Barris got busy on a mid-50's Lincoln. From the pics I have seen, I sort of thought that the mid-40's version was a customized '40 Ford - didn't know it was a Graham!

Oh, I'm not. That was a serious guess.
I've seen, what I think was, an early GE model at some Dudes car collection/museum
in the middle of no-where, it's not the same but very close.
