"Double rocker"? I have never heard that term, but could see it being used, cool.

When did Ford switch over to an Alternator from a Generator?

Bonus, which of the "Big three" first did this?

I recall GM used them in 1955 (a year before Ford) though at least the Chrysler Imperial had an alternator in 1954

I think ford started with the alternator in late 64 or 65.
