It does not have four headlamps, those are "bullet" covers over the single headlamps.

It's a SR-2.

Interestly enough there were three SR-2s!

sb2 stands for Sebring racer on car 1 And sports racer on the others ,,I looked it up so I didn't answer.

I'll bet none of you have this OEM accessory on your automobile!

There is a piece of 5/16" black hose that comes with it.

What is it and what did it fit?

A traction aid ,most people used for bleach bottle .for burn outs at strip. similar to sand dispenser.

With the hand pump and appears to be a ball glass jar I am thinking a windshield washer,all I can think of, WAG.

Cadalliac had an option of a vacumn ashtray,but I have never seen one so I don't know what they look like ,????

I remember seeing one of these when I worked at a wrecking yard, seems it was on a early 50's Buick, IIRC. I think it was a pump for the windshield wipers to help out with the vacuum? Argggg, getting old ain't no fun.
