Well it wasn't available in the 1964 lineup and to the best of my knowledge Chevy never created a production convertible in the Nova line there after.
The Chevy ll was introduced in 1962.
Two years.

What I meant to say was the first two production years were 1962 and 1963. And then again 1966 and 1967. That was two years at the beginning of the Nova run and again another two towards the middle of the Nova run. So then the answer is two twice

BB crap!!

BB you are correct in ,chevy 2 was built in 1962 ,6 cyl or 4 cyl no v8 even SS

1963 nova name was added to the chevy 2

1964 new trim ,nicer grill and int 4,6,or v8
1965 all new grill and rear panel 327 was avalible

66 the fabled l79 327/350 hp was avalible,,but no convertible was avalible
the 66 in the picture was built from a 4 dr and used the windshield and top rear quarter glass fron a 63, so the answer is 4 1962 --1965

some one take the floor I am leaving for work.

Just a note the 1985 there were 9001 built ,I have never saw one how about you .

Tameless Tiger and Arnie Beswick. I remembered the car but had to google the driver. The Tameless Tiger was one of the very first Funny Cars.

Here's a llink to Arnie's web site. Interesting guy. I remember seeing this car at Lion's.

This question may be open to other answers but I'm gonna ask it anyway.

This might be the earliest picture of one of our current forum members. Who is it?
