Actually, I believe it was available through '66 but in the gen 2 models they called it a Corsa instead of a Spider. By the way, I did choose my words carefully and specifically said first V8. I still have a 63 4 speed vair conv in a shed but the forum rules won't let me say what I would like to do with it.
