Joe that's got to be the dumbest answer I have ever heard. Yes it is a Human Cannonball Cannon. I took this picture at the turn of the century Winter Head Quarters located in Baraboo WI.,of a large number of circuses including Ringling Bros Barnum and Bailey Combined Circus. The truck is sitting on a rail car.
