It isn't something to do with the moulding holes is it? 55 and 57 look like they may use the same holes while 56 if it's a Belair has the two mouldings, but if it isn't a Belair it looks like it would maybe use the same holes as the 55 and 57. But there are non-Belair two door hard tops I assume so that can't be it right?
Not the molding holes. Most repro doors and skins don't have any moldin holes so those could be drilled to match the trim level of each car. The difference was with the original doors and the repro doors are the same way. 56 2 door hard top takes a different door for one reason only.
