truck shakes
i changed out a 700r4 with one that is supposed to work and it shakes my truck. Could this possibly be a torque converter issue of some sort? Shakes in park and neutral and while driving.

I would be more inclined to think of a spark, or mount problem since it does it in park and neutral along with in gear. I would first check the distributor cap for a crack if you did not remove it while changing the transmission and torque converter.
Just my 2 cents worth
