Hello,
I ran accross some info that I wondered if it was true. I found an old sign on auction that stated that in the 1940's people use to use VIX Vapor to try to improve gas and oil consumption.

you know the same stuff you use for a cold!! Mayby I am wrong but let me know if anyone else has herd of this.

That's an ebaY auction incidentally. Can't argue with the sign- someone must have bought the line back then but I doubt a whiff of eucalyptus oil vapor will turn your car into a Toyota Prius overnight! Screams of Urban Legend.

I don't know about making the car run better or save gas, It would make it smell better though

I've also read on the internet that Vicks is good for eliminating toe nail fungus. My guess is somebody, somewhere, has tried it for just about everything.

Thanks is funny Vicks use to be the Mechanics windex. (I.E. Greek weddingthe father using windex to fix and heal anything.)

Technology on parade - now instead of Vicks it is WD40 that does all that stuff.
